We’re Iyad and Safa, a husband-and-wife team from Aleppo, Syria. What started in our home kitchen became a journey of family recipes, charcoal-grilled flavors, and unforgettable hospitality.
From our food cart on Vashon Island to full-service catering across the region, we don’t just serve meals — we serve stories, warmth, and tradition.

How far in advance should we book?
For large groups (60 guests or more), we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. However, even for last-minute requests, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes. Customers are welcome to visit and sample appetizers and selected available dishes.
Can you handle dietary restrictions (vegan / gluten-free)?
Yes, we offer many vegan and dietary-friendly options.
Do you provide staff, plates, and cutlery?
Staff, plates, and cutlery are the responsibility of the client.
